Hi Paul,
Could you let me know whether myself and Jermaine, who are only visiting on Monday, are involved in the whole programme on the day or whether we will get some time together to sit and do some planning and ordering for next year.

I think you will get 50/50 time with us and together. Clearly we need to make the most of the fact that the two of you are together, but that time will only be profitable if you have a clear understanding of what we are aiming for.
